Client Business Executive - Victoria

Full time position

Counterpoint is a progressive company that aims to provide its clients with a dynamic sales solution.  We are dedicated to the continuous improvement of all aspects of sales, merchandising and consumer insights.
 
We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who will be representing a dedicated merchandising team to collect in-store data on a weekly basis and deliver results to our customer.  The role will be based out of our Altona office (just off the freeway).

Key aspects of the role:

· Management of time constraints
· Ability to effectively communicate to field teams
· Data analysis, validation and  reporting
· IT system use of in-house application and MS Office
· Presentation of results directly to the client
· Proactive approach to problem solving
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Flexibility and adaptation to change

Experience and professional skills required to succeed in the position:

· Effective presentation and communication skills - both oral and written
· History of managing detailed analysis and reports
· Ability to manage self effectively
· Ability to identify areas for improvement
· Strong team player and experience of dealing with remote employees
· Strong PC skills in particular Microsoft Access Database and Excel
· A strong passion for Customer Service and Sales

To be successful in the role, you will have an outgoing personality, good interpersonal skills, show initiative and an ability to communicate well on all levels.  Good judgment and influencing traits and the ability to work under pressure is essential.
Previous experience in the FMGC or Retail arena would be an advantage or this could be a unique opportunity for the right university marketing/commerce graduate interested in a career in client sales management.

Field Merchandising

Presently we have several opportunities.

The successful applicant must be motivated, energetic and have the ability to work with limited supervision. Previous experience with shelf planograms, display building and merchandising is desirable. Applicants must also possess excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and a reliable vehicle.
